Payments are taken by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record for every purchase. Paddle is the seller on your invoice and handles billing, tax and refunds; your subscription to the service itself is with us, under these terms.

What the service is

Penstoke is one API in front of three gateways — AI models, object storage and push notifications. It routes requests you make to provider accounts that you own and whose credentials you supply.

We are not the provider. Model output, stored objects and delivered notifications come from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Cloudflare, Amazon, Apple, Firebase and the others you configure, on the terms you agreed with each of them. We do not meter or mark up that traffic, and those providers bill you directly at their own rates.

Your account

  • You must give accurate details when you sign up and keep them current.
  • You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by members you invite and by any API key you issue.
  • Keep your API keys secret. A key is shown once, when it is created; treat it as a password and revoke it from the dashboard if it leaks.
  • You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must not use the service where doing so would break the law that applies to you.

Your provider credentials

To route anything, the service holds the credentials you give it for your provider accounts. They are encrypted at rest and used for one purpose: making the requests you ask for. We do not use them for anything else and we do not read the content passing through on your behalf beyond what delivering and logging a request requires.

You are responsible for having the right to use those credentials, and for whatever your provider charges you for the traffic we route to them.

Plans, trials and payment

Every account starts with a 14-day trial that needs no card. When it ends your data stays and reads keep working; writes pause until you pick a plan. Nothing is deleted and nothing charges automatically.

Paid plans are a 14-day trial at $0 with no card, then Starter at $10 a month, Growth at $50 and Scale at $150 — or a year paid at once for ten months' money, so $100, $500 and $1,500. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may differ by country.

A plan caps what you keep configured — providers, endpoints, buckets, apps, campaigns, schedules and seats, plus the per-key request rate — not how much traffic you send. A write that would cross a limit is refused at the moment you try, naming the limit and the plan. Everything already configured keeps working.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the period you chose until cancelled. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice to the address on your account; the change takes effect at your next renewal, and you may cancel before then.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing is deleted when a plan ends.

Refunds are covered separately in the refund policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Penstoke to:

  • break the law, or the terms of any provider you route traffic to;
  • send unsolicited notifications, or any message you do not have consent to send;
  • store or distribute material you have no right to, or that is unlawful;
  • attempt to reach another tenant’s data, probe the service for weaknesses without our written permission, or work around a plan limit or rate limit;
  • resell the service as a general-purpose gateway to the public without agreeing that with us first.

We may suspend an account that is doing one of these, or that is placing the service at risk for other customers. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

Who owns what

You own your data: what you upload, what you send, what you configure, and the output your providers return to you. We claim no rights over it beyond what running the service requires — storing it, transmitting it, backing it up and showing it to you.

We own the service: the software, the dashboard, the documentation, the name and the mark. Using Penstoke does not transfer any of that to you.

Availability

We work to keep the service up and we will tell you about planned maintenance in advance where we can. We do not promise it will never be unavailable. Failover between your providers is there to survive their outages, not ours.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows: the service is provided as it is; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, revenue or data, or for what your providers do or fail to do; and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may end the agreement on 30 days’ notice, or immediately if you materially break these terms and do not fix it within 14 days of being asked.

After the agreement ends you can export your data for 30 days. After that we may delete it. Deleting your account deletes your provider credentials immediately.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will give at least 30 days’ notice to the address on your account, and the date at the top of this page will change. Carrying on using the service after that means you accept the new version.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the law where you live.

Questions about these terms go to hello@nimions.com. Billing questions can also go to Paddle, as the merchant of record, at paddle.com/help.

These terms are between you and Nimions (trading as Penstoke).
